2. 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality

✅ Recruitment & Onboarding

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
2. Coordinate onboarding programs and ensure smooth induction of new employees.

✅ Employee Relations

1. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
2. Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives.

✅ Performance Management

1. Assist in setting up appraisal systems and monitoring employee performance.
2. Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans.

✅ HR Operations

1. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS Software.
2. Monitor Timechamp application for analyzing productivity.
3. Prepare HR reports (attendance, payroll inputs, etc.).
4. Support implementation of in-house HRMS Software and HR portal for clients.
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
